What should you wear?

Ride gear is extremely important if you want to have a comfortable ride, the weather changes quite a bit at 60mph and sometimes a T-shirt and shorts just won't cut it. In addition to the elements, protective gear is always reccommended (mandatory for myself). Shorts won't cut it if you hit the pavement at 60mph. Below is a great start on knowing what to wear.
