Please come with a full tank of gas and try not to be late, we will not be stopping on the way out. We generally talk about bikes for 15 or 20 minutes while we wait for the stragglers; Then we fire up the bikes and hit the road!!

- CASCADE SPRINGS!!!! The group will be starting this ride at Gold’s Gym in Provo, on 900 E. and 460 N. Plan on a medium ride between 2 and 3 hours long. We’ll meet there at 11am. We'll head up Provo Canyon, swing by Sundance, through the Alpine Loop and down into Cascade Springs! It is a Beautiful Ride and one you Don't want to miss!!!! Bring camera's and a passenger, its a ride you won't soon forget! Please be on time!! We typically wait 15-20 minutes for the latecomers and then we’re off. We leave at 11:15 with our without you!

We’ll meet there at 11am, head down through Springville and up into the canyon. We'll stop at the end for a quick break and head on back! Please be on time!!
